Small Groups and LTG’s

Small groups can meet just about anywhere:  homes, restaurants, etc.  Our most recent small group meets every Wednesday night at The ROC.  We usually munch on hot dogs and chips, read the Bible and talk about it for around 45 minutes, and then hang out until we feel like leaving.

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God.  We also admit that there are things in the Bible and about life that we don’t completely understand.  So go ahead and bring your questions and your healthy skepticism.  We’ve been there.  In fact, many of us are still there.  But we also recognize that there is a difference between throwing out a question with a closed mind and heart, and really asking a question with a sincere hope of finding God in the process.  God says that if we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us (James 4:8), and that we will find Him when we seek Him with all our heart (Jeremiah 29:13).

We look forward to getting to know you.  Come as you are.

Small Groups

A Life Transformation Group (or LTG) is an intentional gender-specific small group of 2-3 people who meet once a week to discuss what God is teaching them through Scripture, encourage each other to follow Jesus, and pray for others.  There is no curriculum but the Bible.  Anyone can join the conversation whether you've been a Christian for a long time or are just beginning to ask questions about Jesus.

Contact Pastor Mike if you are interested in joining or starting an LTG.
